Week 59: Missionary work in 3D!

Well, not a whole lot has happened since last Friday. We've only had two work days since then, there's not a whole lot to report on.

Working in San Sai is proving to be a challenge. Unlike working in the main city, finding and contacting people is very difficult; there just aren't a whole lot of people around. Especially during the middle of the day. To succeed here, we're going to have to have a lot of help from the members. We had a branch council meeting to try and coordinate the work, and I'm hoping things pull through.

We did get to meet with one of our street contacts, which is usually satisfying. This guy wasn't so much one of the "prepared" ones though. In fact, while teaching, I started to feel like the only reason he wanted to meet with us was to argue. We didn't really get anywhere, not even by stopping and bearing hard testimony. Ah well, things move on.

Thank you all for your prayers and support. I'm worried about being able to work effectively here, so some prayers on that aspect would be appreciated.

Elder Parish

1. Sister Daa's baptism.

2. Sister Ding Doi played the part of mother Mary back in Buriram's nativity!

We went to a 3D art museum (2D pictures that look 3D) and got some fun pictures.
